I am about to leave the Royal Navy after 23 years within the service. I am an experienced catering/food services manager with vast knowledge in such areas as HACCP, COSHH & Advanced Food Safety as well as staff training & development. I am looking at transferring my skill set into the civilian world and I believe I would be a perfect fit for your business with regards to a catering & hospitality position whether it be front of house, a general management position or sales & procurement.
