Morello Yamasaki is an Indo-Japanese collaboration between the Arya Group, Mumbai, India and Yamasaki Motors of Japan. Arya Group is a prominent player in the Steel and Infrastructure industries. In 2008, the two companies joined hands to manufacture and market Electric 2-Wheelers in India under the brand name Morello Yamasaki. Vision: To be an established organization in the Indian Automobiles market. It will be known for its innovation in technology to make transportation cost-efficient and accessible for all the segments of society.

Job description:
• Direct and coordinate activities of departments concerned with the production, pricing, sales, and distribution of products.
• Manage staff, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties.
• Review financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement.
• Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, conferring with organization officials and staff members as necessary.
• Determine staffing requirements, and interview, hire and train new employees, or oversee those personnel processes.
• Monitor departments to ensure that they efficiently and effectively provide needed services while staying within budgetary limits.
