Qualifications & Experience
The Education Procurement Coordinator will manage:
• Spend analysis & tender life-cycle administration
• Managing Framework Agreements
• Adherance to EU legislation for a broad range of indirect services (if applicable)
• Producing management reports to the Head of Procurement
• Relationships with clients (in schools, clusters, colleges)
• As the Education Procurement Coordinator you will enjoy building positive working relationships (often face to face) with schools & further education establishments across England.
• This is a new, busy & varied procurement opportunity requiring a commercially minded, motivated purchasing professional.

Procurement Coordinator personal capabilities:
• Personally managed tendering activities
• Comfortable managing remote & on-site stakeholder relationships
• Confident 'spinning plates' as project requirements demand new priorities
• Positive inter-personal, assured administration and communication skills
• Good numeric and analytical skills
• Able to work on own initiative to tight timescales
• IT literate, especially Excel & Powerpoint
• CIPS qualification (working towards) supported
• This procurement opportunity will suite an individual who may have gained their experience within public sector or regulated environment & is looking to be in a faster paced operational role.
