The PaperSave Support Team lead is responsible for the coordination tracking and streamlining of all aspects of PaperSave Support. The lead works very closely with the PaperSave Support Manager through his management of the PaperSave support team. The lead also works very closely with the Product Maintenance team lead in the PaperSave Development Lifecycle by managing the team’s gathering of detailed diagnostics used in the production of hot-fixes, patches, and other inter-release product updates.
