I am an enthusiastic person who is always willing to take on new challenges. I am a TAP qualified trainer in conflict management and I also have a number of training qualificiations in the aviation industry. I hold a Comptia A+ Qualification and also a Cisco IT essentials qualification. I have experience of working in the telecoms industry in a technical support role within BT working for an agency and also working for Carphone Warehouse, in this company I was made a Team Leader and I also worked on the product management team on new data products.
I moved to Leeds and after a brief foray as an aviation security trainer and then worked as a customer contact agent for British Gas I decided to move back to my passion witch is technology.
Recently I have worked as a first line help desk advisor for Logical Telecom, this was a varied role looking after DSL, EFM, leased line and Avaya voice systems. Along with this I was also technical support so assisted with day to day tech support on Windows systems including active directory, Office products and Blackberry devices.
I have also worked as a data centre operator for Node 4 communications, providing remote hands support for customers as well as monitoring the data centre for any issues. I also provided first line support for connectivity technologies for customers.
I am currently working as a network engineer as Azzurri Communications, in this role I work as part of the 24/7 shift team dealing with issues with Cisco routers, Zyxel routers, Mitel telephone systems and performance issues on these technologies.
