Key Skills:
• 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in B2B marketing and communications for a revenue and customer driven company

• MBA from a premier B-School is preferable

• Strong understanding of entire gamut of digital marketing including the rationales behind
SEO optimization (hands on with on-page tagging, off-page optimization, content marketing). •

• Should be able to stay abreast of Google’s algorithm updates and revise SEO strategy as necessary.

• Success would be measured by keyword ranking on leading search engines. Should also be able to engage successful (measured via inquiries and CTR) pay per click campaigns after fully analyzing keyword criteria through research in Google’s Keyword Planner.

• Should have a strong understanding of CTR and CPC and how to optimize both in AdWords and other PPC channels.

• Demonstrated experience in branding, positioning and lead-generation activities for a research company

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills – copywriting, PR drafts, web content, vendor interaction, customer communications, email campaign content writing

• Excellent understanding of measurement tools like Google Analytics, Statcounter, Hitwise and so forth

• Proven track record in handling media vendors and advertisers

• Should be able to work with a marketing budget that would be provided, and justify ROI.

• Should have a keen eye for detail, visual aesthetics, User Experience elements and brand positive design methodologies.

• Excellent MS office skills, with a strong grasp of PowerPoint, Winword and MS Excel.
